Both tiers run for twelve months from the date your payment clears. You can move up to Executive Fellow at any point and pay only the difference.
UN session attendance remains subject to accreditation by the United Nations. The YALS 2027 delegate pass covers the registration fee only. Flights and accommodation are not included.

Fellowship is open to ages 18 to 45.
Fellow Members living in Africa pay $105 a year instead of $150. Send a clear copy of one of these: your national ID card, a utility bill from the last three months showing your name and address, or your passport bio data page. A passport shows nationality rather than address, so we may ask for one of the others. PDF, JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB. Only the membership team sees it, and it is deleted thirty days after we decide on your application.

Written by you, not by anyone else. This is the part the review panel actually reads.
Nothing is charged now. We review within two weeks and email you a payment link if you are offered a place. Fees are in US dollars: pay by card through the link, and your bank converts it, or send the US dollar amount by bank transfer.
